Organizations have realized the benefit of training in helping them remain competitive. If you want your employees to be able to perform their tasks to a certain standard, you need to ensure that they have the skill and knowledge to do so. But first, you need to identify the gap – the difference between the expected level of performance and the actual level of performance.
