The debate about which is better – regular e-learning or learning through simulations - has been ongoing for quite some time now. While both sides have their arguments, both pro and con, a clear winner is yet to emerge. Both have their set of advantages and disadvantages. Organizations need to choose the mode of learning they feel will best suit their needs to meet the organizational objectives.
