Experts predict that by 2020, the Millennials (people born between 1981 and 1995) and Gen Z (people born between 1996 and 2012) will constitute almost 60% of the workforce. And, research confirms that almost 70% Millennials are unhappy with the way organizations offer them training. They are not too fond of the old methods of push learning through a traditional classroom. They prefer a more tailored program.
