Digital fluency is the norm among those entering the workforce today. The use of computers and all varieties of mobile devices are second nature to them. With technology’s touch on nearly everything, it makes sense that many corporations are making a switch to training programs that are digitally based.
When something is new, there are usually two reactions. One is to discount it without understanding the benefits. The other is to wholly embrace it and run with it. With elearning, a more balanced approach may end up having the best results.
