Google had conducted a survey in 2016 that showed 80% of people have smartphones and 27% of the population use only smartphones as their device of choice. Gartner says that 70% of professionals will use their smartphones to do their work. By 2020, mobile learning has been predicted to be a 70 billion dollar industry. Daniel Burrus of Burrus Research Associates believes that the rise in the use of mobile devices will transform how organizations train their people.
